The American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA) is the national trade association of the forest, pulp, paper, paperboard and wood products industry. We represent member companies engaged in growing, harvesting and processing wood and wood fiber, manufacturing pulp, paper and paperboard products from both virgin and recycled fiber, and producing engineered and traditional wood products.

The American Forest Resource Council strives to provide a positive operating environment for the forest products community, representing nearly 100 forest product manufacturers and forest landowners -- from small, family-owned companies to large multi-national corporations -- in twelve states, west of the Great Lakes.

Associated Oregon Loggers is a trade association, founded in 1969, to provide business services to contract logging firms and related businesses. In addition we also make information available to the public about our industry and forestry in general.

The Oregon Forest Resources Institute (OFRI) was created by the Oregon Legislature in 1991 to improve public understanding of the state's forest resources. OFRI provides information on Oregon's forest practices and encourages sound forest management. The Institute is funded by a tax on forest products producers.

Oregonians for Food and Shelter (OFS) is a pro-active, member-funded, grass roots coalition which works to protect the rights of natural resource based businesses in Oregon. Our primary focusis protecting those who responsibly use pest management products, soil nutrients and biotechnology from government over-regulation.

Western Wood Products Association (WWPA) is a trade association representing lumber manufactureres in the 12 Western states and Alaska.
